BOLLE came to us at an important early stage, with a strong product, growing visibility, and the need for their email and CRM to match the quality of the brand across both the UK and US markets. As a premium non-alcoholic wine with a distinctive production process and presence in high-end hospitality, they needed core systems that felt considered, credible, and ready to scale. We worked closely with BOLLE’s Marketing Manager and Founder to design and build the foundations of their retention programme across two distinct markets, taking ownership of strategy, copy, design, implementation, and scheduling so everything launched cohesively from the start.

Core Automations, Campaigns, and Narrative-Led Growth

We built out BOLLE’s key automated flows, including post-purchase, review capture, and ongoing brand touchpoints, adapting messaging and cadence to suit both UK and US audiences while ensuring each message reflected the tone and care of the product itself. Alongside this, we planned and delivered ongoing campaigns to support new releases, including the Blanc de Blancs Grand Reserve, tailoring content and execution to the nuances of each market. Beyond execution, we focused on telling a consistent brand story through email, drawing on product detail, critical recognition, and customer feedback to reinforce trust and credibility. We also supported deeper segmentation to better understand customer cohorts and interests, allowing campaigns to feel more relevant from the outset. The result was a cohesive launch period, early revenue momentum, and a CRM foundation built to support Bolle as the business continues to grow.
