We provide ample flexibility in submitting your design requests through our custom Dashboard. We have set out a clear framework for Campaign Submissions, but you are free to submit requests or by creating a task and record a short Loom video for those who prefer a more visual explanation.
What if my client doesn't like the Campaign or needs changes?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design, copy or content until you and your clients are 100% satisfied.
Do you schedule Campaigns & Flows?
Given the unpredictable scheduling of campaigns, we entrust the timing of campaign dispatch and flow activation to you or your client, ensuring optimal flexibility.
Will I get access to a dedicated email strategist & account manager?
You'll have a dedicated account manager assigned to your account who will look after all ongoing requests. Additionally, if you opt for our "Pro" Plan, you'll have access to a dedicated Email Strategist. Please note that access to the lead email strategist may be limited according to their working hours and availability, ensuring that they can provide their expert guidance most effectively.
